cgc has been known to be tougher than c#%s, and pgx doesnt even count as a legit grading company. i had a c#%s 4.0 that i knew was maybe a 3.0 cgc awhile back. but it does appear that cgc is now tougher than it used to be, which is quite frustrating and random.
